We are saddened to have to close our salons once again. We eagerly await permission from Boris Johnson to commence business and as soon as we have a date, we will begin rebuilding our schedule by contacting our list of clients whose appointments we have had to cancel. Once we have accommodated them, we will reopen our online booking for appointments. We are so proud of our team who have dealt with the situation with commitment and grace, working diligently to keep our clients and themselves safe. Acknowledgement and gratitude to you, our loyal clients. Without you we have no purpose for our business. The team are now furloughed and looking forward to returning. Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. When you arrive for your appointment the door will be locked. We will be expecting you and will greet you at the door. You will be directed straight to your pre sanitised styling station where your disposable towel and cape will be set out. The team are wearing masks and visors during your service and Government guidelines require you to wear a mask also. At the end of your service you will checkout in your chair, we are minimising the amount of movement you have to make in the salon by managing your journey throughout the service. You will notice we are using a green and red signal system so you will know what has been sanitised. We are undertaking pre appointment consultations to ensure we have the correct service booked out for every guest and we can plan our time so that we do not disappoint you by not being able to deliver the exact service you require.  Please look out in your inbox for these important emails. We believe it will make the experience better for guest and stylist. If you have specific requests we will accommodate you as best we can. All our salons are regularly deep cleaned.  We want you to feel safe when you visit us. There are some things we may have to ask of you, for example, we will ask you to bring a large bag with which to put your jacket and belongings so it can be safely stored. We will be temporarily pausing our refreshment service, so encourage you to bring refreshments with you. We will contact you before your service and communicate clearly throughout so you have succinct instructions about the changes we have made for everyones safety.
